Apoiar na elaboração de orçamentos de obras residenciais da regional de atuação, por meio da análise de projetos, levantamento quantitativo de materiais e serviços, precificação de insumos e uso de sistemas específicos, visando estabelecer referenciais de custo para os empreendimentos, subsidiar o cálculo de rentabilidade, definir o valor meta da obra e gerar listas referenciais de insumos para produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na elaboração de orçamentos estimados com base na programação do gestor e na demanda de novos empreendimentos, por meio do levantamento quantitativo, estimativa de custos, estruturação de dados e precificação de insumos no sistema ifs, com o objetivo de prever o custo inicial da obra.Apoiar na elaboração de orçamentos executivos, a partir dos projetos definidos e da programação interna, realizando levantamento quantitativo detalhado, estruturação no sistema ifs, validação de composições e análise técnica, com foco na definição precisa dos custos de execução.Analisar a documentação técnica do produto, identificando eventuais falhas, lacunas ou divergências, e comunicando aos setores responsáveis, visando a integridade das informações utilizadas na elaboração dos orçamentos.Participar das reuniões do processo de desenvolvimento de produto (pdp), atualizando o status das atividades do setor de orçamento em alinhamento com as demais áreas envolvidas no planejamento do empreendimento.Revisar orçamentos já elaborados, ajustando em sistema as considerações referentes a alterações de especificações, quantidades de materiais ou serviços, com o intuito de alinhar os custos à realidade executiva do projeto.Apoiar a equipe de produção, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre materiais previstos na estrutura analítica do projeto (eap) e nas considerações orçamentárias, para a correta execução conforme o planejamento.Acompanhar os custos de produção e visitar as obras periodicamente, observando os sistemas construtivos aplicados, com o objetivo de aprimorar a criticidade e a assertividade dos orçamentos futuros.Registrar e atualizar dados de personalização em sistema, além de manter planilhas de valores para itens personalizáveis, apoiando no repasse de informações corretas aos setores responsáveis.Alimentar banco de dados com registros de variações de custo, tanto na fase de orçamento executivo quanto na execução da obra, promovendo a melhoria contínua da base de conhecimento e a assertividade nas projeções futuras.Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo e/ou solicitadas pelo superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura;
