Nossa equipe atua ao lado de grandes consumidores de energia elétrica, desenvolvendo estratégias que promovem eficiência, competitividade e geração de valor em um mercado em constante evolução.Como Analista de P&D e Inovação você irá atuar em projetos de P&D, novos negócios e inovação em energia (hidrogênio verde, CCUS, baterias, usinas reversíveis, serviços ancilares e mercados internacionais), com foco em análise regulatória, elaboração de relatórios e apresentações e colaboração em equipe para entregar soluções de qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuará em iniciativas estratégicas da Thymos Energia, com foco em inovação e desenvolvimento no setor elétrico:Projetos de P&D, explorando soluções inovadoras para o futuro da energia;Novos negócios e inovação, incluindo termelétricas, hidrogênio verde, CCUS, armazenamento em baterias, usinas reversíveis, serviços ancilares e recursos energéticos distribuídos, além de pesquisas em mercados internacionais;Acompanhamento regulatório de temas que impactam diretamente os projetos da área;Produção de relatórios e apresentações detalhados para clientes, com resultados de análises técnicas;Colaboração em equipe, integrando diferentes setores e áreas funcionais;Execução de projetos, cumprindo prazos e assegurando qualidade nos entregáveis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia;Mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica (doutorado será considerado diferencial);Inglês avançado para atuação em projetos e pesquisas internacionais;Experiência comprovada no segmento de energia elétrica;Domínio de MS Windows e MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel e demais ferramentas).Informações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação); Seguro de Vida; Vale refeição; Vale alimentação; Vale transporte; Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub;*Modelo híbrido de trabalho.
