Vaga prazo determinado (6 meses), para cobertura de licença maternidade.Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Pós-Venda Pleno – N1 para fazer parte do nosso time de Pós-Vendas. Essa pessoa será responsável pelo primeiro atendimento ao cliente no pós-venda, atuando na escuta, entendimento e triagem das demandas, buscando solucionar o que estiver ao seu alcance e garantindo o correto direcionamento dos casos que necessitem de atuação de outros níveis ou áreas. Mais do que atender, buscamos alguém que tenha perfil solucionador, saiba conduzir conversas com clientes exigentes e consiga transformar uma situação de insatisfação em uma experiência mais segura e positiva.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento N1 aos clientes, por telefone e demais canais de atendimento, acolhendo e compreendendo suas necessidades;

Atuar em SAC e pós-venda, realizando a triagem e classificação das demandas;

Investigar o contexto do atendimento, identificar a necessidade do cliente e buscar a solução dentro de sua alçada;

Orientar o cliente de forma clara, segura e empática, especialmente em situações de dúvida, insatisfação ou conflito;

Atuar na estabilização de situações críticas, reduzindo a insatisfação e proporcionando ao cliente clareza sobre os próximos passos;

Realizar o direcionamento adequado para N2, assistência técnica ou áreas internas, garantindo que o caso chegue ao responsável com o máximo de informações necessárias;Apoiar a identificação de causas recorrentes de reclamações e contribuir com informações para a melhoria dos processos;

Atuar com foco na experiência do cliente e na resolução de problemas, mantendo postura consultiva e profissional em todos os contatos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Comunicação, Marketing, Gestão de Atendimento ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência anterior em SAC, atendimento ao cliente, pós-venda, Customer Experience/Customer Success ou áreas de relacionamento;

Experiência com atendimento N1, triagem e direcionamento de chamados será um diferencial;

Vivência em empresas de bens de consumo duráveis, eletrodomésticos, linha branca, eletroeletrônicos, automotivo, tecnologia, varejo premium ou segmentos correlatos;

Excel em nível intermediário;

Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas de atendimento, CRM ou plataformas de chamados;
