Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um Analista de Operações de Patentes (Paralegal), para atuar junto à nossa equipe de Patentes Engenharia, apoiando o time técnico e jurídico em todas as etapas do ciclo de vida de um pedido de patente:Capacidade de realizar depósitos de clientes nacionais e internacionais;Saber dos procedimentos administrativos perante o INPI: de depósito a concessão;

Acompanhamento de processos administrativos de patentes (inclusive envolvendo PCT e Paris Convention), modelos de utilidade e certificados de adição perante o INPI e escritórios internacionais parceiros; Preparação, protocolo e controle de prazos relativos a depósitos, exigências, anuidades, pedidos de exame, recursos e demais atos formais;Gestão e atualização de sistemas internos e planilhas de controle, garantindo a rastreabilidade e a integridade dos dados processuais;Interação com clientes e correspondentes estrangeiros, para obtenção e fornecimento de documentos, informações e atualizações sobre o andamento dos casos;Suporte ao time técnico e jurídico na elaboração de relatórios de status, análises de portfólio e relatórios de indicadores de desempenho;Conferência de documentos técnicos e legais, assegurando conformidade com normas internas e exigências do INPI;Apoio em auditorias internas e externas, colaborando com a organização e o arquivamento de dossiês de propriedade industrial;Colaboração com outras áreas (financeiro, compliance, tecnologia e contencioso) em atividades de interface e melhorias de processo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Formação superior completa;Experiência prévia com rotinas administrativas e processuais de patentes (mínimo de 2 anos);Experiência com processos PCT, Paris Convention e interações com escritórios estrangeiros;Conhecimento prático das normativas e procedimentos do INPI;Inglês fluente (leitura e comunicação com correspondentes estrangeiros);Boa comunicação escrita e organização;Trabalho em equipe;Atendimento a prazos urgentes;Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas e prazos simultâneos.Diferenciais:Participação em projetos de melhoria de processos ou automação.Informações adicionaisInformações Adicionais:Modelo de trabalho híbrido.Localidadade da vaga RJ (Flamengo) ou SP (Itaim Bibi).
