Gerenciar e manter atualizado o controle dos ativos imobilizados do Grupo, garantindo cadastro, identificação, localização e rastreabilidade dos bens;

Realizar e acompanhar inventários patrimoniais nas unidades, assegurando a conciliação entre os controles físicos e sistêmicos;

Controlar as movimentações de ativos, incluindo aquisições, transferências, vendas e baixas, garantindo os respectivos registros;

Realizar e acompanhar os cálculos de depreciação dos ativos, garantindo a consistência das informações patrimoniais e contábeis;

Emitir e controlar a documentação e notas fiscais relacionadas à movimentação de bens;

Realizar a gestão patrimonial da frota, acompanhando documentação, transferências, impostos, multas e regularizações junto aos órgãos competentes;

Acompanhar seguros patrimoniais e da frota, incluindo vencimentos, cotações, renovações e contratações;

Garantir a organização, integridade e arquivamento da documentação patrimonial;

Apoiar a melhoria dos processos, controles e indicadores patrimoniais, garantindo segurança e confiabilidade das informações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e analisar os saldos do ativo imobilizado, intangível e obras em andamento;

Acompanhar depreciação, amortização e exaustão, garantindo aderência às normas fiscais e societárias;

Monitorar a movimentação de bens, garantindo classificação e rastreabilidade;

Apoiar a padronização e organização dos grupos de ativos;

Realizar inventários físicos, inspeções e auditorias patrimoniais;

Garantir a integração entre o controle físico e contábil dos bens;

Acompanhar Capex do Grupo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis;

Conhecimento em normas contábeis (CPC/IFRS) e legislação fiscal;

Experiência com controle de ativo imobilizado;

Disponibilidade para viagens;

Será um diferencial ter experiência com inventários patrimoniais, auditorias e vivência em empresas do agronegócio.
