Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de PCM Júnior para atuar no planejamento, programação e controle das atividades de manutenção de pontes rolantes, talhas e equipamentos de içamento e movimentação de cargas.

O profissional será responsável por apoiar o planejamento das manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas, acompanhar a execução das ordens de serviço, controlar cronogramas, materiais e indicadores, contribuindo para a disponibilidade, segurança e eficiência dos equipamentos.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, proativa e com boa capacidade de planejamento, que tenha interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a elaboração e atualização dos planos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva.Auxiliar na elaboração e acompanhamento dos cronogramas de manutenção.Apoiar a programação das atividades conforme a criticidade e prioridade dos equipamentos.Acompanhar as ordens de serviço e realizar follow-up com as equipes técnicas.Monitorar o cumprimento dos prazos das atividades planejadas.Atualizar o sistema de gestão de manutenção com informações das atividades realizadas.Apoiar o controle de materiais, peças de reposição e recursos necessários para a execução dos serviços.Acompanhar pendências de manutenção e apoiar na definição de prioridades.Auxiliar na coleta e atualização dos indicadores de manutenção.Elaborar controles e relatórios de acompanhamento das atividades.Apoiar a equipe técnica de campo na organização das atividades e distribuição das demandas.Participar de reuniões com as equipes de manutenção, operação e gestores.Apoiar a identificação de desvios, atrasos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de manutenção.Garantir a organização dos registros e documentos relacionados às atividades de manutenção.Cumprir e apoiar os procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente aplicáveis às atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior ou Tecnólogo cursando ou completo em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão da Produção, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência de 6 meses ou mais em planejamento, programação, PCM, PCP, manutenção ou áreas relacionadas.Conhecimento básico em Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM).Conhecimento básico sobre manutenção preventiva, corretiva e/ou preditiva.Excel intermediário, com conhecimento de fórmulas, filtros e gráficos.Conhecimento em sistemas de planejamento ou gestão de manutenção.Noções de controle de materiais, peças de reposição e suprimentos.Boa capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de prazos.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com sistemas CMMS/SGMAN, SAP PM, TOTVS, Máximo ou outros sistemas de gestão de manutenção.Conhecimento de indicadores de manutenção, como MTBF, MTTR e Taxa de Disponibilidade.Excel avançado, com domínio de tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas e gráficos.Conhecimento em Power BI para elaboração de dashboards e relatórios.Familiaridade com normas de segurança e boas práticas aplicáveis à manutenção industrial.Conhecimento das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 55000.Conhecimento em análise de falhas, como 5 Porquês e Diagrama de Ishikawa.Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, 5S e Kaizen.Inglês técnico para leitura de manuais e documentos técnicos.Experiência com manutenção de pontes rolantes, talhas, pórticos ou equipamentos de movimentação e içamento de cargas será considerada um diferencial.Informações adicionaisConvênio Odontológico Bradesco.Convênio Médico Hapvida Advance (coparticipação).Seguro de Vida SulAmérica.Vale-AlimentaçãoVale-Refeição.Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR) anual.WellhubHorário: Segunda a quinta: 7h às 17h e Sexta-feira: 7h às 16hTotalmente presencial.
