Responsabilidades e atribuições Estruturar, padronizar e acompanhar os processos de PCM, garantindo a gestão do backlog e o cumprimento do planejamento de manutenção;

Coordenar o planejamento de janelas de intervenção e paradas de manutenção, em alinhamento com as áreas de Operações;

Monitorar e analisar indicadores de manutenção, como MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidade e custos, propondo planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados;

Conduzir análises de causa raiz e investigação de falhas, revisando planos de manutenção e propondo melhorias para aumento da confiabilidade dos ativos;

Atuar na gestão e otimização dos recursos de manutenção, incluindo custos, mão de obra, materiais e peças de reposição;

Acompanhar a execução das atividades em campo, garantindo aderência aos planos, processos e padrões estabelecidos;

Atuar como referência técnica em PCM, apoiando as equipes e promovendo a disseminação de boas práticas entre as bases;

Elaborar análises e reportes gerenciais, apoiando a tomada de decisão da Gestão de Operações;

Apoiar a implementação de novos processos, metodologias e projetos de confiabilidade e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência de 5 a 10 anos em Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM);

Experiência com manutenção de ativos industriais e/ou operações, incluindo vivência em campo;

Domínio de sistemas ERP de manutenção, preferencialmente SAP PM ou similares;

Conhecimento em metodologias de confiabilidade e análise de falhas;

Experiência com indicadores de manutenção, como MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidade e custos;

Conhecimento em planejamento de paradas, gestão de backlog e recursos de manutenção;

Disponibilidade para viagens é indispensável, considerando a responsabilidade pelo acompanhamento das Bases Operacionais de Guarulhos, São José dos Campos, Brasília e Goiânia.

Excel em nível intermediário/avançado.
