Assegurar o planejamento, controle e execução eficiente dos processos produtivos, garantindo o equilíbrio entre a capacidade operacional e a demanda do cliente. O Analista de PCP é responsável por otimizar recursos, assegurar o cumprimento dos SLAs, promover a melhoria contínua da produtividade e garantir o alinhamento estratégico entre as áreas operacionais e os objetivos do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAlinhar diariamente com a gestão e o cliente a definição das ondas de produção, assegurando o alinhamento com a capacidade operacional.Monitorar o cumprimento dos SLAs acordados com o cliente, monitorando a performance e implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de produtividade das áreas operacionais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a implementação de ações para ganhos de eficiência.Garantir que as prioridades definidas em conjunto com o cliente sejam comunicadas de forma clara e objetiva para toda a equipe operacional.Participar de reuniões diárias de PCP com o time operacional para o alinhamento de metas e prioridades.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior cursando ou completo.
