The posting

Responsável pelo planejamento, acompanhamento e controle das operações de produção terceirizada (Copacker), garantindo o abastecimento de insumos, o cumprimento da programação produtiva e a correta movimentação fiscal e de estoques. Atua na gestão de ordens de produção, análise de consumos e rendimentos, atualização de MRP, inventários, interface com terceiros e integração das operações terceirizadas com a produção interna. Trabalha em conjunto com as áreas de Suprimentos, Logística e Controladoria e desenvolve relatórios gerenciais, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e para a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerar ordens de produção de industrialização e analisar consumos e rendimentos das ordens de produção em terceiros.Conferir entradas de notas fiscais de retorno de industrialização e abrir chamados para lançamento de notas de industrialização, retorno de insumos e faturamento de transferência de produto acabado entre filiais.Planejar e acompanhar diariamente a programação de produção em terceiros.Analisar e atualizar o MRP de insumos, verificando necessidade de materiais para produção em terceiros e emitindo solicitações de compra.Realizar inventários mensais em terceiros, conferindo os insumos em poder de Copacker para atualização do MRP.Conduzir reuniões mensais com os terceiros (Copacker).Planejar a integração das atividades terceirizadas com a produção interna (linhas de achocolatado e adoçante culinário).Colaborar com Suprimentos e Logística para alinhamento e eficiência operacional, incluindo agendamento de coletas em terceiros.Desenvolver relatórios gerenciais que suportem decisões estratégicas, incluindo MPS, MRP e Conciliação Fiscal.Participar de reuniões de integração com as demais áreas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), preferencialmente com gestão de terceiros/Copacker.Domínio de ERP Protheus (TOTVS) — módulos Fiscal, Estoque e MRP.Conhecimento de MRP, listas técnicas e planejamento de necessidade de materiais.Experiência com conciliação fiscal (notas de industrialização, retorno de insumos e transferência entre filiais).Excel avançado e Power BI para elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Capacidade de negociação para condução de reuniões e alinhamentos com fornecedores/Copacker.Capacidade analítica para identificar divergências fiscais e de consumo/rendimento.

Desejável: formação em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logistica ou áreas correlatas.
