Procuramos um(a) Analista de PCP Jr (Programação da Produção) para integrar nosso time de PCP, atuando diretamente na definição de cronogramas, sequenciamento e acompanhamento das Ordens de Produção na fábrica.Se você tem raciocínio analítico, facilidade de relacionamento e comunicação com a fábrica, sabe priorizar com senso de urgência e tem vivência com ferramentas como Drummer APS e TOTVS para otimizar sequenciamentos e capacidades, essa oportunidade é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaboração e Sequenciamento da Produção: Elaborar e atualizar a programação fabril, definindo sequências, máquinas/linhas e momentos de produção para atendimento das Ordens de Produção (OPs).Gestão de Capacidade e Ferramentas (APS/ERP): Operar o Drummer APS e o ERP TOTVS para simular capacities, identificar gargalos de recursos e programar a fábrica com precisão.Acompanhamento Diário e Rotinas (S&OE / Torre de Controle): Monitorar diariamente o programado × realizado, tratar causas de não aderência, apoiar rotinas do S&OE e atuar na redução de setups e paradas desnecessárias.Gestão de Restrições e Reprogramação: Analisar impactos de indisponibilidade de máquinas, moldes, mão de obra ou materiais, agindo com rapidez para reajustar a programação e mitigar riscos.Interface com Fábrica e Áreas Parceiras: Manter canal direto e contínuo com Produção, Manutenção, Materiais, Logística, Estoque e Comercial para alinhar prioridades e mudanças de rota.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento no software Drummer APS e no ERP TOTVS, além de domínio operacional de Excel.Conceitos de programação de produção, análise de capacidade produtiva, ordens de produção e controle de estoques.Vivência prévia em ambiente fabril, experiência com algoritmos de programação (APS) e atuação direta junto ao chão de fábrica.
