O maquinário de fabricação japonesa (ASB Nissei 650 EXHS) permite injetar e soprar garrafões PET (10 e 20 litros) para água mineral.Possui capacidade instalada apta a ampliar sua área de atuação e atender a todos os segmentos que utilizam embalagens PET, a exemplo de medicamentos, cosméticos, alimentos, detergente, temperos e entre outros. Atualmente produz garrafas em PET 5 litros, 1,5 litros, 500 ml e 315 ml, além de garrafões de 20 litros, atendendo à demanda da Naturágua e demais clientes do segmento.Todas as embalagens são certificadas por órgãos que atestam a qualidade para envase de alimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Planejamento e Programação da Produção;Elaborar o Plano Mestre de Produção (MPS) alinhado à demanda comercial e capacidade produtiva;Realizar o sequenciamento das ordens de produção considerando: o Gargalo produtivoo Tempo de setup (SMED)o Capacidade real das linhas (OEE)o Disponibilidade de matéria-prima;Garantir aderência ao plano de produção estabelecido.Controle e Monitoramento Operacional;Acompanhar diariamente a execução da produção versus o planejado;Monitorar e analisar indicadores operacionais como: o Aderência ao plano de produçãoo OEE por linha produtivao WIP por processoo OTIF (On Time In Full)o Lead time produtivo;Ajustar a programação produtiva conforme restrições reais do processo;Integração com Metodologias Lean e TOC;Planejar a produção com base na Teoria das Restrições (TOC);Definir buffers operacionais e políticas de priorização de ordens;Apoiar a implementação de ferramentas Lean, como:o Heijunkao Kanbano SMEDo Gestão visualAnálise de Dados e Melhoria Contínua;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais de desempenho produtivo;Identificar causas de baixa aderência ao plano;Realizar simulações de cenários de capacidade produtiva;Participar e liderar projetos de melhoria utilizando metodologia DMAIC.Governança e Comunicação;Conduzir reuniões periódicas de programação da produção;Alinhar prioridades produtivas com a área comercialGarantir disciplina na execução do plano produtivo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior completo;Excel intermediário;Experiência em PCP ou planejamento industrial;Conhecimento em processos produtivos e gestão de estoque;Especialização em Supply Chain ou Gestão Industrial;Certificação Lean Manufacturing;Conhecimento em S&OP;Certificação Six Sigma Green Belt;Vivência com sistemas ERP será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:💙 Plano de Saúde;🦷 Plano Odontológico;🧠 Plantão Psicológico;🍽️ Refeição na empresa;💰 Participação nos lucros;🚌 Vale Transporte;🛡️ Seguro de vida;🏋️‍♂️ Parcerias com academias;🎓 Parcerias e descontos com Instituições de Ensino;🚀 Trilha de Carreira;
