Estamos em busca de um Analista de Peças JR para integrar o nosso time e atuar na gestão e acompanhamento de pedidos, contribuindo para a eficiência do atendimento ao cliente e para a performance operacional da área.No dia a dia, esse(a) profissional será responsável por acompanhar o ciclo dos pedidos, apoiar o planejamento de demanda, analisar o giro e a necessidade de reposição de materiais, além de identificar e priorizar demandas críticas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analista de Peças JR será responsável por apoiar e acompanhar o processo de implantação de pedidos e tratativas de PCBR, garantindo o correto andamento das solicitações e contribuindo para a agilidade e eficiência no atendimento às demandas dos clientes.

Entre suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições, destacam-se:

Realizar a implantação de pedidos, garantindo o correto registro das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos; Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos, desde a implantação até as etapas de atendimento e entrega; Realizar tratativas relacionadas ao PCBR, acompanhando as demandas e pendências necessárias para a continuidade dos processos; Apoiar a priorização de pedidos e demandas críticas, realizando os devidos acompanhamentos junto às áreas envolvidas; Acompanhar informações relacionadas à disponibilidade e reposição de peças, apoiando o atendimento das necessidades dos clientes; Apoiar nas tratativas operacionais e fiscais relacionadas aos pedidos, incluindo recusas, devoluções, divergências e ajustes de notas fiscais; Manter contato com as áreas de Logística, Suprimentos, Comercial, Planejamento, Operações e áreas técnicas, buscando informações e apoiando a resolução de pendências; Atualizar controles, sistemas e bases de acompanhamento da área, garantindo a organização e confiabilidade das informações; Contribuir para o cumprimento dos prazos de atendimento e para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área de Peças.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em Excel (desejável intermediário);Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa gestão de demandas;Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalho em equipe;Perfil proativo, com vontade de aprender e se desenvolver;Capacidade analítica para apoio em controles e relatórios;Desejável vivencia na área de logística ;Desejável conhecimento em SAP.
