Para isso, não renunciamos aos nossos valores: Pessoas, Ética e Transparência, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, Inovação e Resultados. Nossa equipe é formada por Pessoas que querem fazer a diferença e participar de um grande processo de transformação.Venha fazer parte desse Time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar, elaborar e controlar o orçamento agroindustrial;Acompanhar diariamente os custos e despesas das operações agroindustriais;Monitorar indicadores de headcount, horas extras e utilização de equipamentos;Acompanhar e controlar os gastos de manutenção, assegurando aderência ao orçamento;Realizar análises comparativas entre valores orçados e realizados, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão;Validar lançamentos financeiros e contábeis por centro de custo e conta contábil;Contribuir para a otimização de custos e melhoria da eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo: Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Análise de sistemas ou Áreas afins.Conhecimento no setor Agroindustrial;Conhecimento Gestão orçamentária e análise financeira;Indicadores agroindustriais e processos de usinas de cana-de-açúcarExcel avançado;CNH: B.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPlano de Saúde; Plano Odontológico; Seguro de Vida em Grupo; Associação para Funcionários; Casas em Comodato (disponíveis para algumas unidades); Programa de Premiação.
