O futuro é com você.Responsabilidades e atribuições·    Suportar a Coordenação de Performance e Processos, criando indicadores para medir a performance e melhoria contínua das operações de armazenagem em terminais, com visão na otimização e redução de custos e tempos operacionais.·      Identificar desperdícios.·      Revisar os KPI's necessários para monitoramento da performance Operacional, identificando pontos de melhoria e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para a alta administração.·      Elaborar e analisar dados para identificar tendências e áreas de melhoria.·      Colaborar com diferentes departamentos para alcançar metas organizacionais.·      Monitorar e relatar o progresso das iniciativas de melhoria.·      Acompanhar as regulamentações e normativas do setor de Distribuição de Combustíveis. Garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança e qualidade.·      Interagir com órgãos competentes do setor, exemplo da ANP e demais.Requisitos e qualificações·      Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou área relacionada.·      Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas (desejável)·      Certificações em metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMP, FEL) e melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma) são um diferencial;·      Experiência comprovada no segmento de operações, eficiência operacional, melhorias contínua e gestão da qualidade.
