Vem com a gente fazer parte dessa jornada. #VemSerSynviaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesContamos com você para: Apoiar na preparação, submissão e acompanhamento de documentos no CEP/CONEP (Plataforma Brasil) para protocolos, emendas, materiais de recrutamento e notificações.Auxiliar na gestão de TCLEs (versões aprovadas, vigência, controle de uso), sob orientação do Coordenador.Manter atualizado o Investigator Site File (ISF) e arquivos essenciais do centro (listas de delegação, CVs, treinamentos, licenças, logs, correspondências).Apoiar controles de LGPD (privacidade e confidencialidade de dados).Apoiar o agendamento de visitas, acolhimento do participante, confirmação de presença e orientação logística pré/pós-visita.Conferir janelas de visita e procedimentos do dia, preparando kits e materiais.Apoiar o recrutamento/triagem (pré-screening, checagem dos critérios de inclusão/exclusão quando aplicável, contato com candidatos).Manter comunicação empática com participantes entre visitas (mensagens padrão, lembretes, orientações).Realizar entry e revisão de dados em EDC/ePRO/eCOA (ex.: REDCap, Medidata Rave, Inform), seguindo ALCOA+ e POPs.Acompanhar e resolver queries dentro do prazo, coordenando esclarecimentos com a equipe.Apoiar checagens de qualidade internas (source data review, conferências cruzadas, reconciliação de logs e accountability).Apoiar a preparação/atendimento a visitas de monitoria e auditorias, mantendo CAPAs e ações de follow-up dentro do prazo.Auxiliar na organização de documentos (físicos e eletrônicos) e arquivamento em SharePoint.Conduzir rotinas de atualização de status com a equipe (listas de pendências, agenda semanal, atas objetivas, acompanhamento de KPIs).Elaborar relatórios simples (status de recrutamento, andamento de treinamento, pendências de monitoria/auditoria).Manter comunicação ágil com patrocinador/CRO/monitores sobre prazos e pendências.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos: Graduação completa nas áreas de Saúde, Farmácia, Biomedicina, Enfermagem, Psicologia ou correlatas.Experiência sólida em pesquisa clínica, podendo ser atuação em estágio;Conhecimento com suporte regulatório/site, coordenação ou data management (nível júnior);Noções de ICH-GCP, CEP/CONEP e fluxos da Plataforma Brasil;Conhecimento prático de pacote Office/365;Habilidade de redação técnica, atenção a detalhes e gestão de prazos;Inglês para leitura técnica (SOPs, manuais, CRFs).Informações adicionaisUnidade de trabalho:Campinas/ SPEscala de trabalho: Seg/sexta das 07:00 às 16:00 O que te oferecemos de benefícios:Vale Transporte;Estacionamento (conforme disponibilidade);Plano de Saúde sem custo da mensalidade ao colaborador, com coparticipação de exames e consultas;Plano Odontológico com coparticipação de mensalidade;Seguro de Vida sem custo ao colaborador;Vale alimentação/refeição flexível;Parceria SESC;Programa saúde física - TotalPass;Day Off – Profissional da saúde;Auxílio Creche (conforme política interna).
