Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na Educa Insights, empresa parceira que atua com Pesquisa e Inteligência de Mercado, conduzindo projetos que apoiem decisões estratégicas de instituições de ensino. Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar dados e informações de mercado em análises, insights e recomendações acionáveis, com autonomia crescente.A posição terá contato direto com clientes e áreas como Captação, Marketing e Comercial, contribuindo para a compreensão de cenários, comportamentos e oportunidades de mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, executar e analisar pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas, incluindo estudos de captação, percepção de marca, pricing e comportamento do consumidor;Desenvolver questionários, roteiros de entrevista e instrumentos de coleta;Coordenar pesquisas de campo, grupos focais e entrevistas em profundidade;Realizar análises de concorrência, benchmarking e monitoramento do cenário competitivo;Construir e manter dashboards com KPIs e indicadores estratégicos de mercado;Realizar análises de geomarketing para apoiar decisões de expansão e posicionamento;Cruzar dados de diferentes fontes e transformar informações em insights e recomendações acionáveis;Elaborar relatórios executivos e estudos de mercado;Apresentar resultados e insights para gestores de instituições clientes, com suporte da liderança quando necessário;Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Captação, Marketing e Comercial dos clientes, conectando as pesquisas às necessidades do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Marketing, Estatística, Economia, Ciência de Dados ou áreas afins;Experiência prévia com pesquisa de mercado e/ou inteligência de mercado;Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint;Raciocínio analítico e capacidade de interpretar e cruzar diferentes fontes de dados;Boa comunicação escrita e oral, com capacidade de transformar análises em apresentações e recomendações claras;Organização e capacidade de conduzir múltiplos projetos e prioridades;Autonomia para conduzir etapas dos projetos, buscando apoio e direcionamento quando necessário;Visão de negócio e capacidade de conectar dados às necessidades reais dos clientes.
