Sua expertise inclui microbiologia, biologia molecular, fitopatologia e desenvolvimento de soluções biotecnológicas para o campo.No Brasil, está instalada desde 2025 no Centro Universitário Ingá (Uningá), em Maringá (PR), como parte da Alltech Crop Science, oferecendo análises físicas, químicas e biológicas e atuando no codesenvolvimento de bioestimulantes e soluções microbianas adaptadas à agricultura brasileira. Com forte reconhecimento internacional, a Ideagro se destaca por impulsionar uma agricultura mais eficiente, resiliente e sustentável, baseada em ciência e inovação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, implantar, conduzir e monitorar ensaios experimentais de campo, garantindo a execução conforme protocolos científicos e delineamentos experimentais.Realizar a implantação de experimentos em diferentes culturas agrícolas, assegurando a correta aplicação dos tratamentos experimentais e a padronização das operações.Executar avaliações agronômicas, fitossanitárias, fisiológicas e de produtividade, conforme os protocolos de pesquisa.Coletar, identificar, armazenar e encaminhar amostras (solo, plantas, sementes, raízes e demais materiais biológicos), garantindo sua rastreabilidade e integridade.Registrar, organizar, validar e manter atualizados os dados experimentais em sistemas e plataformas internas, assegurando a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações.Processar e interpretar dados experimentais por meio de análises estatísticas, elaborando tabelas, gráficos, indicadores e apoiando a interpretação técnica dos resultados.Elaborar relatórios técnicos, consolidando resultados, metodologias e informações relevantes para clientes, parceiros e processos regulatórios.Garantir o cumprimento das Boas Práticas Experimentais (BPE), Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) e demais normas de qualidade e regulamentação.Zelar pela organização das áreas experimentais, conservação e calibração dos equipamentos, propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos.Atuar como referência técnica na condução dos estudos, assegurando excelência científica, rastreabilidade dos dados e conformidade dos experimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Agronomia, Biologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na Condução de experimentos agrícolas, pesquisa aplicada, avaliação de produtos biológicos, químicos ou fertilizantes, delineamentos experimentais.
