Procuramos um Analista de Administração de Pessoal Sênior que será responsável por garantir a eficiência, segurança jurídica e melhoria contínua de todas as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal. Atuando como o elo entre o conhecimento técnico das legislações trabalhistas (CLT/eSocial) e as melhores práticas de gestão de processos, tendo como foco mapear fluxos, eliminar gargalos, automatizar tarefas manuais, reduzir riscos de passivos trabalhistas e elevar a qualidade do atendimento aos colaboradores por meio de indicadores (KPIs), bem como acompanhar fiscalizações e auditorias internas e externas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapeamento e Otimização (Melhoria Contínua): Analisar criticamente os fluxos atuais de Adm de Pessoal (admissão, demissão, controle de ponto, folha de pagamento, benefícios e férias), identificando ineficiências e desenhando novos modelos operacionais.Padronização e Documentação: Elaborar, atualizar e gerenciar os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), criando manuais de rotinas e cartilhas para garantir a padronização e o conhecimento descentralizado na equipe.Automação e Tecnologia: Atuar como usuário chave na parametrização e melhorias do sistema RM ou transição de sistemas de folha de pagamento. Liderar iniciativas de digitalização (ex: ponto eletrônico, assinatura digital, lançamento de atestados).Gestão de Indicadores: Estruturar, monitorar e apresentar painéis de indicadores (Dashboards) da área, controlando métricas como: SLA de chamados, índice de erros na folha, volume de horas extras, turnover e absenteísmo.Auditoria e Compliance Trabalhista: Estabelecer pontos de controle (checklists) e rotinas de auditoria interna preventiva antes dos fechamentos e envios ao eSocial, garantindo 100% de conformidade com a legislação vigente e políticas internas.Acompanhamento de auditorias e fiscalizações: Responsável por separar documentações e acompanhar fiscalizações diversas da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento técnico em: Excel e Ferramentas Google, análise de dados, conhecimento avançado em sistema Totvs RM Labore.Vivência prática com mapeamento de processos.Experiência generalista com Departamento Pessoal.Disponibilidade de atuação presencial em Fortaleza.Informações adicionaisValorizamos a privacidade e a segurança dos dados de todos os candidatos.
