Dividida entre as frentes de controle e planejamento, garante visibilidade, organização e previsibilidade dos resultados, apoiando diretamente a tomada de decisão e assegurando que o Comercial tenha clareza sobre seus custos, metas e desempenho.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Atuar como parceiro estratégico da área Comercial, liderando o ciclo de planejamento financeiro, elaboração de budget e projeções (forecast). Focado na identificação de riscos e oportunidades, otimização de processos financeiros e no suporte à alta gestão para decisões táticas e estratégicas que impulsionem a rentabilidade do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no planejamento financeiro da área Comercial, participando da construção do budget de vendas; Acompanhar resultados (realizado vs planejado), analisando e explicando as principais variações de forma estruturada; Desenvolver, consolidar e analisar relatórios gerenciais de desempenho comercial e financeiro; Estruturar e manter relatórios e dashboards, garantindo qualidade, confiabilidade e evolução contínua das análises; Garantir o fluxo de informações entre as áreas, apoiando a tomada de decisão tática e estratégica; Identificar oportunidades e riscos financeiros, com foco em otimização de despesas e melhoria de resultados; Propor melhorias em processos, controles e análises, trazendo mais eficiência e automação para a área; Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, garantindo entendimento do contexto comercial para suportar análises mais assertivas Interagir com diferentes áreas (Comercial, Financeiro, entre outras), assegurando alinhamento e consistência das informações;Estar atento a novas ferramentas e metodologias de tratamento e utilização de bases, inclusive na utilização de Inteligência Artificial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com planejamento financeiro e comercial, incluindo modelos de projeções, análise de receita e performance; Experiência em construções de Budget e Forecast; Vivência em acompanhamento de resultados, orçamento e análise de variações (real x orçado); Excel avançado para análise e consolidação de dados;Perfil analítico, com capacidade de interpretar dados e gerar insights para o negócio; Boa organização, proatividade e comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas.Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se você tiver:Conhecimento em Power BI para construção de dashboards; Experiência ou interesse em uso de dados e automações aplicadas a análises (incluindo IA).Informações adicionaisFique por dentro do que te oferecemos:Vale-transporte ou estacionamento no escritório;Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição — você escolhe uma das duas modalidades;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Telemedicina — Disponível 24h por dia, todos os dias da semana;Wellhub (antigo Gympass);Zenklub;Auxílio home office;PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados, de acordo com a política vigente);Day off de aniversário — Folga no seu aniversário e também no aniversário da empresa;Tag Sem Parar — Sem custo;Seguro de vida;Licença parental — Afastamento remunerado para mães, pais ou responsáveis para que possam acolher a chegada de um filho(a), por nascimento ou adoção;Incentivo educacional — até 25% de desconto em pós-graduação ou MBA;
