Procuramos um(a) Analista de Planejamento e Controle Pleno para atuar na inteligência e no dimensionamento da nossa operação de campo (Field Service).Você será responsável por projetar a demanda e garantir a capacidade operacional ideal para diferentes linhas de serviço, abrangendo o segmento automotivo (como socorro e guincho) e residencial (como manutenção de linha branca, ar-condicionado e higienização de estofados).Com atuação transversal nos modelos B2B, B2C e B2B2C, seu objetivo principal será otimizar a alocação de recursos, equilibrar custos operacionais e assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso dos SLAs.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar modelos de projeção de demanda (forecasting) de curto, médio e longo prazo para os segmentos de serviços automotivos e residenciais.Realizar o dimensionamento de recursos de campo (capacity planning), garantindo a cobertura ideal de técnicos e prestadores frente aos picos e sazonalidades de chamados.Monitorar a volatilidade da demanda entre os diferentes canais de negócio (B2B, B2C e B2B2C), ajustando a distribuição regional de recursos.Acompanhar e analisar KPIs operacionais estratégicos, como SLA de atendimento, tempo de chegada/conclusão, taxa de ocupação da rede e ociosidade.Atuar em forte alinhamento com as áreas de Credenciamento/Rede de Prestadores, Comercial e Atendimento para alinhar expansões geográficas e picos operacionais previstos.Identificar gargalos na alocação de chamados e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos de despacho, roteirização ou dimensionamento da rede.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Estatística, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Planejamento e Controle de Operações, Planejamento de Demanda ou Workforce Management (WFM), preferencialmente em operações de serviços de campo (Field Service).Domínio avançado de Excel / Google SheetsForte capacidade de estruturação de dados relacionais e análise estatística aplicada a operações.Conhecimento de linguagens de consulta de dados (SQL).Habilidade com base de dados (GCP)Capacidade de cruzar grandes volumes de dados operacionais e transformá-los em planos de ação práticos.Compreensão das nuances e prioridades exigidas pelos clientes corporativos (B2B/B2B2C) e consumidores finais (B2C).Habilidade para reorganizar o planejamento diante de imprevistos do setor de campo (ex.: eventos climáticos, picos atípicos de demanda).Clareza para alinhar capacidades operacionais com áreas comerciais e gestores de campo.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Alimentação e Refeição Flexíveis;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico e Odontox;Wellhub e TotalPass;Academia Bio Ritmo exclusiva para Colaboradores: no Complexo Matriz;Participação nos Lucros - PLR;Programa de Ações: Porto em Ação: complementar à PLR até 2030;Quadras de Areia e Poliesportiva: no Complexo Matriz;Estúdio de Música;Vale-Transporte;Serviços de Transporte de Vans; disponibilizadas nas principais estações de acesso à Porto (Luz, Barra Funda, Santa Cecília e Júlio Prestes);Licença Parental Estendida: até 40 dias para todas as configurações familiares;Licença Maternidade Estendida de 6 meses.;Ambulatório Médico com Especialidades: no Complexo Matriz e Barra Funda;Auxílio creche ou babá;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada - PortoPrev;Desconto em Produtos e Serviços;Bolsa de estudos: Reembolso para graduação, pós ou MBA;Corridas mensais: subsídio para as principais corridas de ruas de São PauloReembolso para idiomas (inglês ou espanhol);Teatro Porto: sessões exclusivas para Colaboradores;Biblioteca;Sala de descanso: no completo MatrizSalão de jogos: no complexo MatrizServiços de massagem e podologia: no completo MatrizModelo de Trabalho: 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia home office, com possibilidade de flexibilização após o período inicial.Local de Trabalho: Barueri - SP
