Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a excelência no controle e na projeção dos planos de sell-in e sell-out, equilibrando os níveis de estoque e maximizando o nível de serviço. Atua como ponte analítica entre as áreas de Vendas, Marketing e Supply Chain, assegurando que nossos medicamentos cheguem ao mercado no momento certo e na quantidade ideal.Analisar tendências históricas, sazonalidades e dados de mercado para construir e refinar o baseline de previsão de vendas.Participar ativamente e conduzir reuniões de alinhamento de demanda com as áreas de Vendas, Trade Marketing e Finanças.Acompanhar e reportar indicadores críticos da área, como Forecast Accuracy (Acurácia da Previsão), Bias (Viés), Out of Stock (Ruptura) e Cobertura de Estoque.Atuar de forma efetiva no planejamento de lançamentos de novos produtos (NPD) e no phase in/out, minimizando riscos de perdas por validade (shelf life).Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards gerenciais para dar visibilidade ao desempenho da demanda e apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança.Dar suporte necessário nas reuniões de S&OP, e garantir aderência aos processos.Avaliar impactos de campanhas, lançamentos, ações comerciais e mudanças regulatóriasConstruir dashboards e análises de performance da demanda.Monitorar demanda de produtos críticos, importados e com lead time elevado.Apoiar nas estratégias para mitigação de perdas, falta de produto e write-offs.
