The posting

A área de Planejamento e S&OP/S&OE é responsável por conectar os planos de demanda às operações, garantindo o balanceamento entre disponibilidade de recursos, capacidade produtiva, níveis de estoque e atendimento aos clientes. O profissional será responsável pelo planejamento e programação da produção de sua carteira de produtos, assegurando a execução do plano produtivo, o atendimento às necessidades de abastecimento, a otimização dos recursos industriais e o alinhamento entre as áreas de Produção, Logística, e Supply Chain. Também atuará na análise de restrições, melhorias de processos e no monitoramento dos indicadores de performance da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·       Elaborar e acompanhar os planos de produção do processo de extrusão de curto e longo prazo, garantindo o alinhamento da demanda e capacidades fabris.

·       Realizar a programação detalhada da produção, considerando restrições de capacidade, disponibilidade de materiais e prioridades de negócio.

·       Monitorar a aderência ao plano de produção e propor ações corretivas para desvios identificados.

·       Atuar na gestão dos estoques de produtos acabados e semiacabados, buscando o equilíbrio entre disponibilidade e capital empregado.

·       Realizar análises de capacidade produtiva, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria.

·       Desenvolver, atualizar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área por meio de Power BI e outras ferramentas de gestão.

·       Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e implementação de novas ferramentas de planejamento e programação da produção.

·       Garantir a qualidade dos parâmetros de planejamento nos sistemas corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificações·       Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou Logística.

·       Experiência com PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção) e S&OP/S&OE.

·       Experiência na simulação e elaboração de planos produtivos e acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais.

·       Office avançado, com domínio de Excel para análises e gestão de dados.

·       Experiência em SAP (PP, MM)

·       Experiência com Preactor (APS) para programação e sequenciamento da produção.Desejável·       Conhecimento em SAP (APO/IBP)·       Conhecimento em Power BI.

·       Pós-graduação em Supply Chain, Logística ou Planejamento.

·       Espanhol intermediário.
