·  Analisar os níveis de estoque das matrizes, filiais e bases operacionais, identificando necessidades de reposição e evitando rupturas de materiais;

· Avaliar as solicitações de compras das áreas, direcionando para aprovação, ajuste ou remanejamento conforme disponibilidade de estoque e prioridade operacional;

· Consolidar e encaminhar mensalmente ao Setor de Compras as demandas de ressuprimento, considerando consumo, estoque mínimo, histórico de utilização e planejamento operacional;

· Atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas de Manutenção e Compras, buscando antecipar necessidades e priorizar aquisições preventivas;

· Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e de compras emergenciais, contribuindo para maior eficiência na gestão de estoques e disponibilidade dos materiais necessários à manutenção da frota.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:·        Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência de Dados, estatística ou áreas correlatas;·        Conhecimento em Power BI, incluindo criação e manutenção de dashboards e indicadores;

·        Conhecimento em ETL, extração, tratamento, integração e transformação de dados;

·        Experiência com análise de dados e estruturação de bases para tomada de decisão;

·        Conhecimento em gestão e acompanhamento de KPIs e indicadores de desempenho;

·        Acompanhamento de indicadores como: Taxa de Atendimento do Almoxarifado (OTIF interno), Índice de Ruptura de Estoque, Giro de Estoque, e impacto de indisponibilidade de peças no MTTR (Tempo Médio de Reparo) e veículos parados aguardando material (VPO).

·        Domínio de Excel, incluindo fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e tratamento de dados;

·        Capacidade de identificar desvios nos indicadores e propor planos de ação;

·        Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
