SOBRE A VAGA A PLATLOG é um operador logístico especializado em food service, responsável por armazenar, planejar e distribuir produtos com o nível de serviço que esse mercado exige. Para sustentar essa operação, o abastecimento dos nossos CDs precisa ser preciso — e é aí que entra você. Como Analista de Abastecimento, você mantém a rede de CDs abastecida com inteligência: lê demanda, estoque e cobertura para decidir o que repor, comprar e transferir. Um papel analítico e resolutivo, com impacto direto no nível de serviço ao cliente e no equilíbrio entre estoque e custo. 📍 Jundiaí/SP — 100% presencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições RESPONSABILIDADES

Gerir a política de estoques dos CDs — estoque de segurança, ponto de reposição, lote mínimo e cobertura-alvo por SKU — mantendo o equilíbrio entre nível de serviço e capital imobilizado; Calcular necessidades de reposição a partir de demanda, lead time e curva ABC/XYZ, gerando pedidos de compra e transferências entre unidades no tempo certo; Antecipar riscos de ruptura e excedente, atuando sobre os desvios antes que impactem cliente ou custo; Acompanhar a acuracidade do forecast (planejado x realizado) e recalibrar parâmetros de reposição de forma contínua; Coordenar com compras, comercial e operação a resolução de gargalos de disponibilidade, garantindo o restabelecimento do abastecimento no menor tempo possível; Gerir SKUs críticos, itens de baixo giro e produtos próximos ao vencimento (shelf life), reduzindo perdas e obsolescência; Estruturar e sustentar os indicadores de abastecimento — Fill Rate/Order Fill, ruptura, cobertura, giro e estoque excedente — traduzindo os números em planos de ação; Apoiar o ciclo de S&OP com análises de demanda, capacidade e cenários de reposição.

Requisitos e qualificações O QUE BUSCAMOS

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência consolidada em Supply Chain, Planejamento de Demanda, PCP ou Abastecimento; Excel avançado obrigatório — modelagem, tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/ÍNDICE+CORRESP e tratamento de grandes bases; Domínio prático dos conceitos de política de estoques: curva ABC, estoque de segurança, ponto de reposição, cobertura e giro; Perfil analítico, resolutivo e orientado a dado, com autonomia para transformar análise em decisão; Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Jundiaí/SP.

Vivência em food service ou cold chain (gestão de shelf life e perecíveis); Experiência prévia em operador logístico (3PL/4PL); Rotina de S&OP e planejamento colaborativo de demanda; ERP/WMS/TMS na prática — Sênior, Multitms (nStech) ou equivalentes; Conhecimento de Power BI ou SQL para análise de dados.ATRIBUIÇÕES-CHAVE
