The posting

Responsável por planejar e controlar a produção, monitorar o forecast de vendas, interligar os departamentos de Supply Chain, Vendas e Manufatura, além de gerenciar os níveis de estoque de peças importadas da China para assegurar o abastecimento contínuo da fábrica e evitar paradas na linha de montagem. Realizações de reuniões diárias de alinhamento com a manufatura, e semanais com o time de vendas para alinhamento do forecast.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar a programação da produção e monitorar o cumprimento do plano fabril;Monitorar e analisar o forecast de vendas, alinhando a demanda com a capacidade produtiva;Atuar como elo de integração entre os departamentos de Supply Chain, Vendas e Manufatura;Controlar os níveis de estoque de peças e componentes, emitindo pedidos de compra internacionais (China) dentro do lead time adequado;Garantir o abastecimento contínuo de materiais para evitar ruptura e paradas na fábrica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas afins;Experiência: Sólida vivência em PCP, controle de estoque e cadeia de suprimentos (Supply Chain) em indústrias;Conhecimentos: Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel Avançado) e sistemas ERP;Inglês avançado para conversação; Idiomas: Inglês Intermediário / Avançado (para interface com fornecedores internacionais);Desejável: Pós-graduação em Supply Chain, Gestão de Operações ou áreas correlatas;Desejável: Experiência prévia com importação de peças da Ásia/China e gestão de forecast.
