Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, proativa e orientada a dados para atuar com planejamento financeiro, orçamento, projeções e gestão de indicadores. Esta posição terá papel fundamental no acompanhamento financeiro de uma área corporativa estratégica, contribuindo para a construção de cenários, previsibilidade de despesas e suporte à tomada de decisão.Se você gosta de transformar números em insights, possui visão crítica e tem facilidade para se relacionar com diferentes áreas, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, acompanhar e revisar o orçamento anual da área.Construir e monitorar forecasts periódicos, avaliando tendências, riscos e oportunidades.Realizar análises de Realizado x Orçado, explicando desvios e apoiando a tomada de decisões estratégicas.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), garantindo visibilidade sobre os resultados e a saúde financeira da operação.Apoiar a projeção de despesas e a construção de cenários financeiros de curto, médio e longo prazo.Realizar análises financeiras, identificando impactos, riscos e oportunidades para otimização dos recursos.Apoiar o controle de caixa e o acompanhamento financeiro da área.Consolidar e estruturar bases de dados, transformando informações em relatórios gerenciais e materiais executivos.Atuar de forma próxima a diferentes áreas da companhia para coleta, validação e análise de informações relevantes para o planejamento financeiro.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos, controles e indicadores financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Planejamento Financeiro (FP&A), Controladoria, Orçamento, Forecast ou áreas correlatas.Vivência com construção e acompanhamento de orçamento, projeções financeiras e análise de resultados.Experiência na criação e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho.Excel intermediário/avançado (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e manipulação de bases de dados).Capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados e geração de insights.Boa comunicação e facilidade para interação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.Perfil investigativo, com habilidade para aprofundar análises e identificar riscos e oportunidades.DiferenciaisExperiência com rotinas contábeis, provisões e conciliações.Vivência em Controladoria.Experiência com fluxo de caixa e gestão financeira.Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados.Atuação em ambientes corporativos de grande porte.Informações adicionaisHíbrido (3x presencial e 2x home office) em São Paulo - SP.
