Pleno analítico(a) e dinâmico(a) para integrar nossa equipe de Supply Chain na indústria cosmética. O(A) profissional será responsável por estruturar e otimizar os processos de S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), gerenciar a rede de terceiristas nacionais, conduzir a análise de necessidades de pedidos importados e garantir o equilíbrio ideal dos estoques.Buscamos alguém com forte habilidade em análise de dados, criação de ferramentas de controle e facilidade de comunicação para atuar como elo entre as áreas comerciais, industriais e de suprimentos, assegurando altos níveis de atendimento ao cliente com eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcesso de S&OP: Conduzir e organizar o ciclo de S&OP, liderando reuniões de alinhamento de demanda e capacidade, facilitando a comunicação entre as áreas e apoiando a tomada de decisão estratégica.Gestão de Terceiristas Nacionais: Acompanhar a programação de produção junto aos parceiros terceirizados, monitorando o cumprimento de prazos, capacidades produtivas e entregas (OTIF) para garantir o abastecimento no mercado.Gestão de Pedidos Importados: Realizar análises de necessidades de compras internacionais, considerando o lead time de importação, histórico de consumo e projeções de demanda para assegurar o fluxo contínuo de abastecimento.Gestão de Estoques e Planejamento de Materiais: Monitorar os níveis de estoque de matérias-primas, materiais de embalagem, produtos intermediários e acabados, evitando rupturas ou excessos. Realizar o planejamento e o levantamento de necessidades de compras regulares nacionais e importadas, garantindo o balanceamento ideal do capital de giro.Análise de Demanda e Dados: Realizar análises estatísticas e tratar grandes volumes de dados para prever a demanda, antecipar gargalos e restrições de capacidade, e estruturar planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.Ferramentas, Controles e Melhoria Contínua: Desenvolver, aprimorar e manter planilhas avançadas, dashboards de BI e ferramentas de planejamento, garantindo a confiabilidade dos sistemas ERP/MRP e buscando otimizar os processos vigentes.Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs): Acompanhar, analisar e reportar indicadores críticos da área, como OTIF, nível de atendimento ao cliente, acuracidade de planejamento e eficiência produtiva.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Engenharia de Produção, Administração de Empresas, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia consolidada na área de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP), Supply Chain ou S&OP, preferencialmente em indústrias de bens de consumo, farmacêutica ou cosméticos.Vivência prática com processos de S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).Experiência com gestão de terceiristas e rotinas de comércio exterior / pedidos importadosExcel Avançado: Domínio de fórmulas complexas, tabelas dinâmicas, macros/VBA (desejável) e modelagem de dados para criação de relatórios e ferramentas de controle.Sistemas de Gestão: Experiência sólida em sistemas ERP/MRP (TOTVS/Protheus diferencial).Ferramentas de BI: Familiaridade com ferramentas de Business Intelligence para construção de dashboards e indicadores.Estatística e Análise de Dados: Conhecimento em métodos de projeção/previsão de demanda (forecasting) e análise de grandes volumes de dados.Visão Sistêmica e Analítica: Capacidade de analisar cenários complexos, antecipar gargalos e propor soluções estruturadas.Comunicação e Negociação: Excelente habilidade interpessoal para conduzir reuniões de S&OP e alinhar expectativas entre áreas (Comercial, Operações, Qualidade) e parceiros externos.Organização e Resiliência: Forte senso de priorização para lidar com prazos, imprevistos de produção e múltiplos fluxos simultâneos (nacionais e importados).
