Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar as vendas e a demanda dos eventos, apoiando a atualização das projeções;Apoiar o controle das quantidades de produtos e materiais necessários para cada evento;Acompanhar os níveis de estoque e sinalizar possíveis riscos de falta ou excesso de produtos;Atualizar controles relacionados à produção, estoque, montagem de kits e envio de materiais;Acompanhar cronogramas e prazos de produção junto às áreas internas e fornecedores;Realizar follow-up de materiais em produção ou em trânsito, sinalizando possíveis atrasos;Apoiar o acompanhamento da disponibilidade dos itens necessários para montagem dos kits dos eventos;Consolidar informações de vendas, estoque, produção e logística para acompanhamento dos eventos;Atualizar planilhas, controles e indicadores da área;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e análises para suporte às tomadas de decisão;Manter as áreas envolvidas atualizadas sobre prazos, status dos produtos e possíveis desvios no planejamento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Logística, Estatística, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência com planejamento, demanda, operações, supply chain, produção ou logística; Excel Intermediário; Perfil analítico e facilidade para trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados; Capacidade de trabalhar com cronogramas, prazos e múltiplas demandas simultaneamente; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e fornecedores; Perfil proativo, com capacidade de antecipar problemas e propor soluções.
