·         Avaliar impactos de alterações contratuais, novos projetos e sazonalidades no plano de capacidade;

·         Garantir aderência entre o plano tático e as necessidades reais da operação;

·         Otimizar a utilização de recursos (FTE, canais, jornadas) com base em dados históricos e tendências;

·         Apoiar a definição de SLAs internos e externos com base em capacidade e volume esperado;

·         Participar de reuniões com lideranças e clientes internos para apresentação de resultados e insights estratégicos;

·         Orientar e desenvolver os níveis Júnior e Pleno do time;

·         Propor melhorias contínuas nas ferramentas e processos de planejamento.

Relatórios e IndicadoresRealizar apresentação de resultados gerenciais;Acompanhamento de indicadores com foco em resultado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo  em Gestão de Operações, Estatística, Analytics ou áreas correlatas;Experiência robusta em Planejamento Estratégico em Contact Center;Vivência em empresas de contact center de cobrança; Domínio avançado de Excel, Power BI, SQL, Discadores (Olos, Genesys e Aspect) e ferramentas de automação;Capacidade de construir modelos preditivos, cenários, análises de comportamento e forecast;Visão estruturada de processos, leitura crítica de indicadores e habilidade de transformar dados em ação;Perfil maduro, com senso de urgência, precisão técnica e postura executiva;Capacidade de transitar entre operação, tecnologia e diretoria, com clareza na comunicação;Vivência em projetos de melhoria contínua, inteligência artificial aplicada e ambiente de alta pressão.Informações adicionaisNossos Benefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológico;Desconto em farmácias parceiras;Vale Refeição;Vale Transporte;Auxílio Creche;Parceria com Universidades e Escola Técnica e de Idiomas.
