Quer fazer parte do time que constrói a estratégia de umas das maiores incorporadoras de São Paulo?Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, dinâmica e resiliente disposta a construir conosco controles e projeções para maximizar cada vez mais o retorno da Companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições1.  Elaborar, atualizar e controlar as viabilidades econômico-financeiras dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade — com foco no ciclo pós-entrega e/ou ciclo completo pós-lançamento — garantindo a acurácia das premissas e a consistência dos resultados com os parâmetros definidos pela área.2.  Monitorar e atualizar a carteira e o estoque dos empreendimentos acompanhados, consolidando informações de velocidade de vendas, unidades disponíveis e indicadores de desempenho comercial.3.  Registrar e controlar as fotografias de obra e os incorridos dos projetos, assegurando pontualidade, completude e conformidade dos dados em relação às fontes primárias.4.  Executar o acompanhamento mensal dos projetos, consolidando variações, desvios de premissas e resultados realizados versus planejado para subsidiar o fechamento gerencial da área.5.  Realizar análises pontuais de suporte às decisões da liderança, incluindo estudos sobre estratégias financeiras, curva de vendas, PV e outros indicadores relevantes ao ciclo do projeto.6.  Elaborar e manter atualizadas as viabilidades de condomínio dos projetos sob sua gestão, validando premissas com as áreas técnicas e incorporando revisões conforme evolução do empreendimento.7.  Apoiar o processo de interface entre as viabilidades de lançamento e a Controladoria, garantindo alinhamento de premissas e consistência entre as bases de planejamento e controle.8.  Atualizar e manter as premissas macroeconômicas e setoriais utilizadas nos modelos de viabilidade, em linha com as diretrizes da área e as movimentações do mercado imobiliário.9.  Manter interlocução com as áreas de Financeiro (Planejamento Financeiro, Controladoria, Contas a Receber, Contas a Pagar e Tesouraria), Engenharia (Planejamento e Custos), NN (PMO), Incorporação, Licenciamento e Daslu para coleta, validação e consolidação de informações críticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Planejamento Financeiro e FP&A.Usuário avançado de ExcelBom relacionamento para interatuar com diferentes áreas.Formação Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia.Conhecimento em Contabilidade e matemática financeira será um diferencial.Conhecimento em power BI será um diferencial.Experiência em incorporadoras será um diferencialInformações adicionaisAssistência Médica Amil – 100% subsidiado para titulares;Assistência Odontológica Amil – 100% subsidiado para titulares;Convênio Farmácia;Benefício de Medicamentos (até 60% de desconto);Vale Refeição;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Condições especiais para compra de imóveis Mitre;Bônus anual competitivo;Totalpass;  Day off de aniversário;1 dia de Home Office;Frutas no escritório;Massagem.
