Apoio e Suporte a área Financeira da EmpresaResponsabilidades e atribuições•        Fechamento Mensal: Conduzir o fechamento financeiro mensal, consolidando o resultado (DRE) e conciliando as contas patrimoniais do balanço, assegurando a acuracidade dos números.•        Fluxo de Caixa: Acompanhar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado, analisando as variações e apoiando a gestão do capital de giro.•        Apoio ao Orçamento e Forecast: Auxiliar na elaboração, consolidação e atualização do orçamento e das projeções financeiras.•        Reformulação do Custeio: Avaliar a metodologia atual de distribuição de custos indiretos, identificar pontos de melhoria e liderar a reformulação do modelo, visando maior acuracidade e alinhamento com a estratégia do negócio.•        Análise de Variações: Analisar as variações entre o custo real e o custo padrão (standard), investigando as causas e propondo planos de ação.•        Análise de Rentabilidade: Analisar a margem de contribuição por produto e linha de negócio, fornecendo insights para a gestão.•        Reporting e KPIs: Desenvolver e manter relatórios gerenciais e KPIs da área financeira para a liderança, diretores e conselho administrativo.Acompanhamento da Política de Crédito: Monitorar os indicadores relacionados à política de crédito (limites, prazo médio de recebimento, inadimplência e exposição por cliente/canal).

Requisitos e qualificações•        Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

•        Excel avançado (Tabelas Dinâmicas, PROCV/XLOOKUP, fórmulas complexas); conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramenta similar de dashboards é desejável.

•        Conhecimento de sistemas integrados de gestão (ERP), como SAP B1, é um diferencial.

•        Perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, com boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas
