Presente em mais de 14 mil telas em elevadores residenciais, em mais de 121 shoppings distribuídos por 20 estados e em 17 aeroportos sob concessão da Aena — que juntos recebem mais de 30 milhões de passageiros — a empresa combina presença massiva com inteligência estratégica.Na helloo, conectamos com o que importa. Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil estratégico e executor, que será responsável por planejar, executar e otimizar a presença digital da helloo, com foco em redes sociais e site institucional.Essa posição terá papel-chave na construção da narrativa da marca no ambiente digital, conectando estratégia, conteúdo e performance para fortalecer o posicionamento da helloo como um ecossistema de mídia relevante e inovador.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsolidar, analisar e garantir a integridade das informações contábeis e gerenciais da companhia; Realizar o processo de fechamento gerencial, análise de variações e elaboração de reports executivos; Desenvolver e aprimorar dashboards em Power BI, assegurando confiabilidade, automação e profundidade analítica; Acompanhar KPIs financeiros e operacionais, apontando riscos, oportunidades e recomendações; Apoiar revisões contábeis, conciliações críticas, controles internos e aderência a políticas; Contribuir para a evolução dos processos de controladoria, trazendo eficiência e governança; Atuar diretamente no planejamento financeiro: orçamento anual, forecast, projeções de resultado e análises de performance; Estruturar modelos financeiros e relatórios de apoio às áreas de negócio e diretoria.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Forte base técnica em Contabilidade (BRGAAP e noções de IFRS); Experiência sólida em FP&A, com capacidade de estruturar análises, projeções e cenários; Domínio na elaboração de reports gerenciais, dashboards e relatórios executivos; Conhecimento avançado em Power BI, modelagem de dados e integração com fontes diversas; Capacidade de trabalhar com grandes bases de dados (Excel avançado, SQL desejável); Raciocínio analítico apurado, visão crítica e habilidade para transformar informações em insights acionáveis.
