Somos o time responsável por apoiar o planejamento financeiro e a gestão de resultados. Atuamos diretamente na validação e análise de resultado de margem financeira, trabalhando de forma próxima e consultiva com a Diretoria de Ativos Alternativos e Estruturados. Nosso papel vai além da apuração de resultados: avaliamos a rentabilidade, eficiência e performance do portfolio, produzimos análises gerenciais, dashboards executivos e apoiamos iniciativas estratégicas que contribuem para a tomada de decisão e evolução dos negócios. O desafio da vaga é estruturar a nova diretoria, com análise completa da DRE, com suporte diário aos officers, trazendo provocações estratégicas que possam impulsionar o negócio. São necessárias algumas habilidades específicas, conhecimento em finanças, SQL, linguagem de programação (como Python) e preferencial conhecimento de ferramentas e serviços na AWS (Athena, Glue, S3).
