A área de Planejamento Financeiro da Soluções Moderna é responsável pela condução e gestão das principais frentes estratégicas relacionadas ao planejamento econômico-financeiro do negócio.Entre suas atribuições estão o Orçamento (Budget), que contempla a definição do plano econômico-financeiro e das metas de receita, custos, despesas e fluxo de caixa para os anos seguintes. Também atua com Projeções (Forecast), realizando revisões periódicas para ajustar o orçamento conforme as mudanças do mercado.A área é responsável pela Análise de Desvio (Real x Orçado), comparando o planejado com o realizado e identificando as causas das variações, além da elaboração de Relatórios Gerenciais, por meio da criação e manutenção de dashboards e apresentações executivas com os principais indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), apoiando a tomada de decisão e atendendo demandas diversas, inclusive de auditoria.Também realiza atividades de Modelagem Financeira, avaliando cenários econômico-financeiros, rentabilidade de novos produtos e viabilidade de investimentos. Atua, ainda, em interface direta com a gestão do grupo, garantindo alinhamento de informações e conciliação de resultados.Atualmente, a área também é responsável pela apuração detalhada das vendas, apoiando outras áreas da empresa e a gestão. Como principal desafio para este ano, destaca-se a evolução da precisão dos orçamentos e previsões, além do aprofundamento nas análises de Real versus Orçado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApuração diária detalhada das vendas, despesas, investimentos e pagamentos de clientes.Análise do Real vs Orçado, com as devidas justificativas, tanto nos fechamentos periódicos quanto no dia a dia para aprovação de despesas e investimentos.Modelagem econômico-financeira (DRE e fluxo de caixa) de cenários.Criação e manutenção de dashboards em Excel e Power BI.Interface com a gestão do grupo, para alinhamento de informações e conciliação de resultados.A principal contribuição para a área e para o grupo será prover análises econômico-financeiras com precisão e, principalmente, agilidade, com foco nas variações de Real vs Orçado com suas justificativas, além das simulações de resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração de Empresas, Contabilidade ou Engenharias.Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Finanças Corporativas, FP&A e/ou Controladoria Empresarial.Sólido conhecimento em Finanças Corporativas, análise de DRE, balanço, fluxo de caixa e criação de modelagem financeira.Noções fiscal-tributárias.Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e PowerPoint, e de ferramentas de BI, como Power BI.Habilidade em lidar com grande volume de dados e atenção aos detalhes.Visão de negócio (Business Partner): entender o mercado, a operação da empresa e interagir com os líderes de diversos departamentos.Comunicação e storytelling, com capacidade de traduzir números complexos em apresentações claras e objetivas.Pensamento crítico e analítico, com foco em resolver problemas, investigar variações nas vendas e gastos e propor alternativas rentáveis.Adaptabilidade: habilidade para lidar com mudanças rápidas de cenário e prazos curtos (especialmente nos períodos de fechamento).Informações adicionaisHorário Flexível;Auxílio Creche para as mamães com filhos até 6 anos;Convênio farmácia;Day-Off: No dia do seu aniversário;Emendas de feriados e recesso coletivo;Wellhub;Kit gestante para as futuras mamães e papais;Participação nos lucros;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Previdência Privada;Seguro de Vida;Vale Alimentação;Vale Refeição;Convênio com o SESC;Você tem desconto de 50% na compra dos nossos livros;Para relaxar: espaço de descompressão;Quadra de futsal e voleibol para bater aquela bolinha.
