Buscamos um(a) profissional com forte capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica para atuar no planejamento e controle da operação logística, garantindo eficiência, cumprimento de SLA’s e excelência na experiência do cliente.Essa posição terá papel estratégico na integração entre áreas como Customer Service, Transporte e Operações, atuando diretamente na gestão de indicadores, resolução de desvios e melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos.#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #VemPraNakataExtremaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar reclamações de clientes e realizar o levantamento e acompanhamento de pendências, garantindo tratativas assertivas e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;Atualizar e garantir a acuracidade das informações no portal logístico;Realizar follow up contínuo com as áreas de Customer Service, Transporte e Operações Logísticas, assegurando fluidez nos processos;Executar o detalhamento de produtos de origem exportação, garantindo conformidade e qualidade das informações;Garantir o alinhamento operacional conforme SLA’s, realizando a atribuição e criação de tarefas no WMS;Monitorar e controlar as atividades do time operacional, bem como o cumprimento das janelas de coleta acordadas com a cadeia logística;Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar indicadores logísticos (KPIs), por meio de relatórios e dashboards de pedidos, entregas e produtividade, atuando de forma proativa na gestão de desvios;Controlar o fluxo de materiais (recebimento, armazenagem e expedição), incluindo rastreamento de cargas e interface com transportadoras;Analisar gargalos operacionais e propor planos de ação, com foco em otimização de processos e redução de custos;Garantir a acuracidade dos estoques por meio de inventários e controles sistêmicos, além de atuar no planejamento de materiais (MRP);Executar processos de logística reversa, assegurando o correto fluxo de devoluções até o lançamento em sistema;Utilizar sistemas ERP, WMS e Excel avançado para gestão e acompanhamento das operações logísticas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Graduação Completa,Pacote OfficeExcel Intermediário Gerenciamento de ProjetosRequisitos desejáveis:Experiência em ambientes logísticos com alto volume de operações e múltiplas interfaces.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados, como Power BI e/ou VBA;Experiência em operações logísticas complexas (centros de distribuição, e-commerce ou transportadoras);Vivência com tomada de decisão baseada em dados e atuação orientada a resultados;Experiência na identificação de gargalos operacionais e implementação de melhorias contínuas.
