Se você é um profissional pró ativo, flexível a mudanças e disposto a se comprometer com a busca pela melhoria contínua, junte-se a nós!Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o processo de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), conectando a Previsão de Vendas consensada entre as áreas de Comercial, Marketing e Produtos com as áreas Operacionais. Conduzir o processo de Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), traduzindo as previsões consensadas no S&OP em visões Diarizadas, por Centro de Distribuição, Categoria e Modelos de Atendimento. Realizar a Coleta de Dados, Previsões Estatísticas, Análises de Tendências e Acuracidade (BIAS, Erro absoluto, MAPE, WMAPE) das Previsões geradas no processo de S&OP e S&OE. Realizar estudos de alavancagem de vendas oriundas de Feiras e Ofertas construindo cenários de Expectativas de Vendas e estratégias de atendimento por Centro de Distribuição participante. Realizar estudos de projeção de demanda, projeção de recebimento e projeção de ocupação de estoque mediante capacidades estruturais CDs;Avaliar restrições de capacidade operacional e propor cenários de atendimento. Monitorar e avaliar a performance dos planos por meio de indicadores de desempenho, identificando áreas de melhorias e implementando ações corretivas para garantir a eficiência e eficácia das operações. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas. Experiência na área de Supply Chain, Planejamento de Demanda, Planejamento operacional logistico ou Planejamento de Suprimentos; Experiência na Condução e/ou Implementação do Processo de S&OP e S&OE. Experiência em construção e modelagem estatística; Conhecimentos avançados em Microsoft Excel (Pacote Office) e sistemas ERP como SAP. Conhecimentos em construção e manipulação de dados utilizando SQL, ALTERYX, PYTHON E POWER BI.
