Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar estudos de balanceamento das linhas de picking, considerando volume de saída, perfil de pedidos, mix de produtos, giro e capacidade operacional;Apoiar o nivelamento da produção, buscando adequar o volume e o mix produtivo à demanda e à capacidade operacional;Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento de produção e logística, identificando possíveis desvios e necessidades de ajustes;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho relacionados à produtividade, eficiência, aderência ao plano, capacidade e utilização dos recursos;Elaborar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento dos principais indicadores da operação;Analisar dados e identificar gargalos, ociosidades, restrições e oportunidades de melhoria no processo;Apoiar reuniões de acompanhamento da produção e logística, apresentando resultados, desvios e planos de ação;Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Produção, Logística, PCP, Qualidade e Engenharia para solucionar problemas e melhorar o fluxo operacional;Contribuir para projetos de melhoria contínua, utilizando conceitos de Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Heijunka, Poka-yoke, 5S;Garantir a atualização e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas no planejamento e nos indicadores;Entre outras atividades da função.Requisitos e qualificações Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Dados, Bacharel em I.A., Administração, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas;Vivência com análise e interpretação de dados;Excel avançado;Conhecimento e vivência em Power BI;Desejável Lean Manufacturing / PDCA e ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
