Realizar análises de cenário, concorrência, comportamento e dados.Traduzir aprendizados de dados e social listening em recomendações estratégicas.Definir direcionais para conteúdo, criação e mídia.Estruturar apresentações e narrativas estratégicas.Atuar de forma integrada com times multidisciplinares.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil esperadoExperiência em planejamento estratégico em agências, com atuação em projetos digitais e integrados.Forte repertório cultural e acompanhamento ativo de comportamento, tendências e conversas nas redes sociais.Entendimento das dinâmicas de plataformas e sensibilidade para identificar o que engaja e vira assunto.Capacidade de transformar cultura, dados e contexto em direcionais estratégicos claros.Boa estruturação de raciocínio estratégico (do diagnóstico ao direcionamento).Experiência em storytelling estratégico e construção de apresentações.Perfil analítico, organizado e com facilidade de transitar entre criação, mídia, BI e social.Boa comunicação, argumentação e autonomia na condução de projetos.Domínio de construção comms planning, em atuação conjunta com outras áreas.Requisitos técnicosDomínio de frameworks de planejamento estratégico.Experiência com PowerPoint e construção de apresentações.Conhecimento de ferramentas de dados e mercado (Kantar, Nielsen, social listening, etc.).
