Valorizamos a excelência, a colaboração e a busca constante por resultados, oferecendo um ambiente dinâmico e oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.Responsabilidades e atribuições Construir, revisar e acompanhar o orçamento anual e o planejamento de longo prazo da área.Consolidar, analisar e validar indicadores comerciais e financeiros, garantindo a consistência das informações reportadas.Elaborar projeções de resultados e atualizar painéis de acompanhamento do negócio.Preparar apresentações executivas e materiais de performance para diferentes níveis de liderança.Acompanhar os principais indicadores da operação, identificando desvios, oportunidades e riscos para o negócio.Organizar e conduzir os ritos de acompanhamento de resultados, garantindo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas.Atuar em parceria com áreas como Finanças, Inteligência de Mercado, Pricing, Tecnologia e demais stakeholders para consolidação de informações e análises.Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises de desempenho, tendências e cenários.Garantir a qualidade e a confiabilidade dos dados utilizados em relatórios, apresentações e fóruns executivos.Coordenar a coleta e consolidação de informações necessárias para o fechamento de resultados e ciclos de planejamento.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência:

Experiência sólida em planejamento comercial ou financeiro, orçamento e acompanhamento de resultados. Experiência na construção de materiais executivos para alta liderança (diretoria e vice-presidência). Experiência na conciliação de bases de dados e na validação de indicadores entre diferentes fontes de informação. Desejável vivência em empresas B2B ou em organizações com operações comerciais de grande porte e alta complexidade.

Soft skills:

Rigor e atenção aos detalhes. Senso de dono e organização para conduzir múltiplos entregáveis em ambientes dinâmicos. Comunicação executiva, com capacidade de transformar dados em mensagens claras e acionáveis. Habilidade para construir relacionamentos e influenciar diferentes áreas e níveis da organização. Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados.

Skills Técnicos:

Excel avançado (modelagem financeira, orçamento, projeções e tabelas dinâmicas). Power BI ou outra ferramenta de BI para consulta, análise e validação de indicadores. PowerPoint avançado, incluindo elaboração de apresentações executivas e integração com bases de dados. Domínio de indicadores comerciais e financeiros, incluindo receita, margem, desempenho de carteira, indicadores de mercado, despesas e acompanhamento orçamentário.
