Construímos uma cultura forte, baseada em valores sólidos, que guiam nossas decisões, estratégias e a busca por profissionais alinhados ao nosso propósito.Acreditamos que desafios são oportunidades e buscamos talentos que compartilhem de nossos valores, contribuindo para um ambiente dinâmico e inspirador.Juntos, seguimos aprimorando nossa cultura e fortalecendo nosso compromisso de alimentar sua vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Planejamento Sr. para atuar de forma analítica e estratégica nos processos de planejamento de demanda e Supply Chain, com foco em forecast, gestão de estoques, S&OP e S&OE.Esse profissional será responsável por transformar dados de demanda, vendas e estoque em análises e planos de ação, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão e garantindo o alinhamento entre as áreas de planejamento, produção, comercial e operações.Elaborar, analisar e consolidar previsões de demanda e vendas (forecast) em nível de SKU, considerando histórico, tendências, sazonalidade e impactos de ações comerciais;Atuar nos processos de S&OP e S&OE, garantindo o alinhamento entre demanda, produção, estoque e nível de serviço, além do acompanhamento da execução do plano no curto prazo;Monitorar e analisar indicadores de planejamento e Supply Chain, como forecast accuracy, BIAS, cobertura de estoque, produção previsto x realizado, carteira de pedidos, nível de serviço e aging de estoque;Identificar riscos, desvios e oportunidades relacionados à demanda, produção e disponibilidade de produtos, propondo e acompanhando planos de ação;Realizar análises de estoque, buscando o equilíbrio entre disponibilidade de produtos, nível de serviço e capital empregado;Desenvolver estudos e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão, além de propor melhorias em processos, ferramentas e indicadores de planejamento;Atuar de forma integrada com Comercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Produção, Pricing e Logística, garantindo alinhamento das premissas de planejamento;Atuar na gestão do portfólio, acompanhando inclusão, bloqueio e descontinuação de SKUs, além dos impactos de lançamentos de novos produtos sobre demanda, produção e estoque.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com planejamento de demanda, preferencialmente em indústria de alimentos e/ou lácteos;Excel avançado;Experiência com SAP ou outro sistema ERP;Conhecimento e experiência em processos de S&OP e S&OE;Conhecimento em planejamento de demanda, Supply Planning e gestão de estoques;Conhecimento de indicadores de planejamento e Supply Chain, como forecast accuracy, BIAS, cobertura de estoque, nível de serviço e aging de estoque.Local de atuação: Barra Funda – São Paulo/SP.Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, com 1 dia de home office e 4 dias de trabalho presencial no escritório.🍽️ Alimente sua carreira com a gente e faça parte dessa transformação! 💙Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Assistência Médica Assistência Odontológica Convenio Farmácia Seguro de Vida Vale Refeição Vale Alimentação Vale Transporte  Desconto em Produtos  Wellhub
