A área de Coordenação de Desempenho e Produtividade de Transportes é responsável por garantir a máxima eficiência operacional da cadeia logística, atuando de forma analítica e estratégica no monitoramento contínuo das operações de transporte. Por meio de indicadores de performance (KPIs) e dashboards de gestão, a área acompanha em tempo real a execução logística, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, antecipando gargalos e direcionando ações corretivas que sustentem os padrões de excelência operacional. Além do monitoramento de desempenho, a área tem papel estratégico na gestão da base de fornecedores, conduzindo processos de seleção e negociação que equilibrem qualidade de serviço e competitividade de custos, com foco na redução do custo total de transporte sem comprometer os níveis de serviço acordados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, acompanhar e evoluir KPIs de performance logística (custo, prazo, qualidade, disponibilidade);Construir e manter dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão;Analisar dados operacionais para identificar tendências, riscos e oportunidades de ganho de eficiência;Conduzir processos de avaliação e seleção de fornecedores de transporte;Negociar condições comerciais visando o menor custo total, com garantia de qualidade e nível de serviço;Propor e implementar planos de ação para melhoria contínua da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo em em Logística, Engenharia e/ou Administração;Experiência prévia em planejamento de transportes preferencialmente em ambientes corporativos ou logísticos e do mercado de combustíveis; Excel Avançado, desejável conhecimento do mercado de combustíveis;Capacidade de analisar grandes volumes de dados, identificar padrões e fazer recomendações baseadas em dados;Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente e atender a prazos rigorosos.Habilidades de resolução de problemas.Conhecimentos Desejáveis:Conhecimento do mercado de combustíveisInformações adicionaisE tem mais, confira o nosso pacote de benefícios:• Plano de Saúde e Odontológico – Bradesco – extensivo a dependentes• PAE - Auxílio financeiro oferecido no caso de dependentes filhos(as) e/ou enteados(as) com deficiência intelectual• Convênio Farmácia .
