Responsável por liderar iniciativas de transformação, melhoria contínua e evolução dos processos comerciais, atuando na gestão de projetos estratégicos, governança da operação comercial e sustentação das ferramentas corporativas. A posição também será responsável por apoiar e garantir a continuidade operacional do Salesforce, atuando como backup da função especializada existente na área.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidadesGerenciar projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de transformação da área Comercial.Estruturar e acompanhar a governança de projetos, processos e indicadores.Mapear e otimizar processos visando ganho de eficiência e produtividade.Atuar como ponto focal de negócio para evolução e sustentação do Salesforce.Garantir continuidade operacional das atividades relacionadas ao Salesforce, atuando como backup da função especializada da área.Realizar interface com TI, fornecedores e áreas parceiras para implementação de melhorias e automações.Desenvolver indicadores, dashboards e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão.Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e automação de processos comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Técnicos

Experiência em gestão de projetos, PMO, transformação de processos ou melhoria contínua. Vivência na implementação ou sustentação de sistemas corporativos, preferencialmente CRM. Conhecimento e experiência com Salesforce, incluindo administração funcional, suporte ao negócio, levantamento de requisitos e evolução da ferramenta.Conhecimento em Power BI, Power Platform, SQL ou ferramentas similares. Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos. Experiência na construção, análise e acompanhamento de indicadores gerenciais.

Diferenciais

Certificação em Salesforce, Scrum, Agile, PMI ou metodologias correlatas. Experiência em automação de processos e iniciativas de transformação digital. Vivência em áreas comerciais, planejamento, operações ou consultoria.
