Nosso cliente é uma empresa brasileira de tecnologia, referência no mercado imobiliário digital, que atua com soluções inovadoras para locação e venda de imóveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e tratar transações envolvendo compra/venda de imóveis e aluguéis;Elaboração de relatórios (dossiês e pareceres) com apontamentos de AML e propondo medidas de mitigação para as áreas de negócio;Apoio à liderança da área para assegurar o envolvimento e aprovações internas necessárias para comunicação aos órgãos governamentais;Elaboração de Comunicação de Operação Suspeita (COS) ao COAF;Apoiar o desenvolvimento de materiais executivos para apresentação de KPI’s da área;Apoio no processo de descredenciamento e classificação de risco de usuários;Participar ativamente de projetos de monitoramento de riscos e aprimoramento de controles de AML;Condução de processos de KYC (Conheça seu Cliente), KYE (Colaborador), KYS (Fornecedor) e KYP (Parceiro);Acompanhamento do cenário regulatório (Lei nº 9.613/98 e regulamentações relacionadas) e apoio na elaboração de guias internos de AML;Colaborar com times e stakeholders internos para fortalecer a governança corporativa e assegurar o alinhamento com normas e melhores práticas nacionais e internacionais de conformidade;Apoio na elaboração, revisão e implementação de políticas internas;Uso de inteligência artificial aplicada a AML/PLD.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Direito, Engenharia ou áreas afins;Experiência com todos os processos de AML/PLD;Vivência prática com elaboração ou implementação de políticas e procedimentos;Experiência no uso de inteligência artificial aplicada a AML/PLD;Boa comunicação e capacidade de navegar em ambientes diversos;Perfil colaborativo, equilibrado e profissional.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (2 dias presenciais);Tempo de contrato: 12 (doze) meses, com possibilidade de renovação ou efetivação;Modelo de Contrato: PJ ou Associado (OAB ativa);Linha de reporte: Gerente Jurídico.
