Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo ANALISTA DE PMO PL, você será responsável por: Capacitar as equipes em processos, ferramantas e boas práticas em Gerenciamento de Projetos para projetos de investimentos. Ex: Elaboração de cronogramas, gestão de mudanças, Termo de Abertura, etc.Garantir a utilização das melhores práticas e metodologias em Gestão de Projetos, bem como a utilização de ferramentas definidas pela área de PMO, para condução dos projetos.Revisar periodicamente os processos de Gerenciamento de Projetos existentes no grupo, buscando inovações e otimizações para garantir máxima eficiência.Analisar a base de dados do Portfólio de Investimentos, elaborando Relatório de Status identificando problemas e pontos de melhoria/atenção. E consolidação de dados para apresentações executivas.Análise de grau de maturidade de Gerenciamento de Projetos e implantação de plano de ação para garantiar aumento de maturidade.
