Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: São Paulo/SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Missão da área que você irá atuar: Garantir o equilíbrio entre crescimento sustentável da carteira, rentabilidade e controle dos riscos, por meio da definição, monitoramento e aprimoramento contínuo das políticas de crédito.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Desenvolver e acompanhar estratégias de crédito que contribuam para a mitigação de riscos, otimização da aprovação de clientes e maximização dos resultados financeiros, assegurando aderência regulatória e eficiência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, revisar e implementar políticas e estratégias de crédito.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da carteira e analisar tendências de risco.Realizar estudos de comportamento dos clientes e análises estatísticas para suporte à tomada de decisão.Elaborar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações executivas para liderança.Atuar em projetos de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e evolução dos motores de decisão de crédito.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Estatística, matemática ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com análise de crédito, risco de crédito ou política de crédito. Conhecimento de indicadores de risco, gestão de portfólio e análises quantitativas. Domínio avançado de Excel e conhecimento em SQL, SAS, Python ou ferramentas similares de análise de dados. Forte capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e habilidade para tomada de decisão baseada em dados.

Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:

Experiência com desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de motores de decisão. Vivência em projetos de automação e eficiência operacional. Conhecimento em modelagem estatística aplicada ao crédito. Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas para alta liderança. Atuação em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou empresas de crédito.
