Buscamos um Analista de Pré-Vendas para integrar nosso time comercial, responsável por elaborar e precificar cotações de garantia e manutenção de infraestrutura de TI (servidores, storage, library e ativos de redes multimarca e multiplataforma) e venda de peças sobressalentes.

O profissional será o elo entre a área técnica e o comercial, garantindo propostas competitivas, tecnicamente corretas e com margens saudáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar cotações de garantia e manutenção de servidores, storage, library e ativos de redes, em ambiente multimarca e multiplataforma; Precificar todas as cotações para venda, assegurando competitividade no mercado e margem adequada para a empresa; Analisar requisitos técnicos e comerciais, consultando mercado TPM (Third-party Maintenance)e fornecedores quando necessário; Manter a base de preços atualizada (tabelas de fabricantes, prazos, condições comerciais); Apoiar o time de vendas com informações técnico-comerciais para sustentar negociações; Desenvolver relatórios e painéis de BI para acompanhamento de cotações, margens, prazos e taxas de conversão; Processos de cotação e análise de dados com Python e Excel, reduzindo retrabalho e erros manuais.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em pré-vendas e/ou cotações de manutenção de infraestrutura de TI; Conhecimento básico em servidores, storage, library (fitas) e ativos de redes, em múltiplas marcas e plataformas; Domínio avançado de Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, modelagem de precificação e desenvolvimento de P&L); Conhecimento básico em Python (automação de processos, manipulação de dados); Conhecimento básico em BI (Power BI ou ferramenta equivalente — construção de relatórios e dashboards); Inglês avançado (leitura e interpretação de documentação técnica, comunicação com a matriz e parceiros globais); Perfil analítico, com atenção a detalhes e organização.

Diferenciais: Conhecimento de fabricantes e linhas de produto específicas (servidores, storage); Conhecimento em CRM e fluxos de aprovação de propostas; Vivência em ambiente multimarca (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM, entre outros);
