A área é responsável pelo acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros e de negócios, pela realização de estudos financeiros e análises de impacto em diferentes dimensões do resultado, como prêmio, sinistro e clusterizações. Também atua na geração de insights para a alta liderança e na elaboração de projeções de forecast e orçamento das carteiras de seguros.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Criar e atualizar mensalmente o forecast das carteiras de seguros, garantindo projeções precisas e o alinhamento do orçamento para os anos subsequentes das unidades de seguros;Conduzir estudos para otimização de receitas e melhoria dos resultados financeiros;Realizar análises aprofundadas da carteira de Seguro RE, incluindo a elaboração de modelos de projeção de resultados;Interpretar e analisar dados e indicadores financeiros para embasar decisões estratégicas;Elaborar reportes para a alta liderança, traduzindo informações complexas em insights acionáveis;Adaptar-se a diferentes públicos e ambientes.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em Ciências Atuariais, Engenharias, Estatística, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel, SQL e Google Cloud;Experiência no segmento de seguros, sendo diferencial a atuação com a carteira RE;Vivência com análise de resultados e geração de insights estratégicos;Experiência na construção e apresentação de materiais executivos para diferentes níveis hierárquicos;Perfil dinâmico, com forte visão analítica, capacidade de influência e habilidade para atuar sob pressão;Facilidade para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com interação com diversas áreas e diferentes cenários;Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo de trabalho 2 CIA x 3 HO.
