Se você gosta de desafios e quer gerar impacto de verdade, seu lugar pode ser aqui com a gente!Pronto(a) para um desafio que realmente faça a diferença? Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Precificação Sênior para transformar dados em estratégias, garantindo a rentabilidade dos contratos, apoiando negociações e contribuindo diretamente para os resultados da companhia. Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a precificação de novos contratos, avaliando informações operacionais, financeiras e comerciais para garantir a rentabilidade da companhia;Elaborar análises de reajustes contratuais, utilizando dados internos e informações extraídas do Power BI para apoiar negociações e tomadas de decisão;Desenvolver apresentações executivas e materiais para reuniões com clientes, fundamentando propostas de reajuste e condições comerciais;Conduzir apresentações e negociações de reajustes junto aos clientes, esclarecendo premissas e impactos financeiros;Realizar análises financeiras e contratuais, identificando riscos, oportunidades e alternativas para otimização dos resultados;Monitorar a performance dos contratos vigentes, avaliando indicadores e propondo ações para maximização da rentabilidade;Apoiar estudos estatísticos, projeções e modelagens que subsidiem decisões estratégicas da área;Implementar melhorias nos processos de precificação, buscando automatização, eficiência operacional e maior assertividade nas análises;Atuar em parceria com áreas internas para consolidar informações e construir soluções sustentáveis para o negócio.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Estatística, Ciências Atuariais, Matemática, Física, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em áreas de Precificação, Atuária, Modelagem Estatística, Inteligência de Negócios ou correlatas;Conhecimento em estatística, modelagem de dados e análise financeira;Vivência com análise de indicadores e demonstrativos financeiros;Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office, principalmente em Excel, PowerPoint e Word;Conhecimento básico em Power BI;Perfil analítico, organizado, com boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação.  É um diferencial se você tiver:
