Missão do Cargo:Responsável por desenvolver, implementar e aprimorar estratégias, processos e controles de prevenção e combate a fraudes financeiras, contribuindo para a proteção dos clientes e da instituição e para a redução de perdas. Atua na análise de transações e ocorrências, gestão de contestações e chargebacks, evolução dos controles antifraude e atendimento às exigências regulatórias, fortalecendo a segurança e a confiabilidade do ecossistema de pagamentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar, implementar e aprimorar políticas, normas, processos e controles de prevenção a fraudes aplicáveis a cartões de crédito, contas digitais e demais meios de pagamento;Analisar transações, padrões, alertas e comportamentos suspeitos, utilizando ferramentas antifraude, modelos de score e dados transacionais para identificar e mitigar riscos;Conduzir investigações de fraude, contestações e processos de chargeback de cartão de crédito, garantindo tratativas adequadas e cumprimento dos prazos regulatórios e estabelecidos pelas bandeiras;Monitorar indicadores de fraude, contestação, recuperação de perdas e efetividade dos controles, elaborando análises e recomendações para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Conduzir e acompanhar projetos relacionados à prevenção a fraudes, incluindo implantação e evolução de regras, motores antifraude, modelos de score e integrações com bandeiras e demais participantes do ecossistema de pagamentos;Coordenar planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias, avaliações de risco, incidentes e oportunidades de melhoria identificadas nos processos e controles antifraude;Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Segurança da Informação, Riscos, Compliance, Jurídico e Atendimento na análise, tratamento e prevenção de ocorrências de fraude e contestação;Avaliar a maturidade dos processos e controles antifraude, propondo melhorias, automações e adoção de boas práticas de mercado, além de elaborar e apresentar análises e relatórios executivos para fóruns e lideranças.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.ExperiênciaExperiência sólida em Prevenção a Fraudes, Contestação (Chargeback), Riscos, Operações de Cartão de Crédito e processos relacionados;Experiência em instituições financeiras, fintechs, adquirentes, bandeiras ou empresas reguladas pelo BACEN;Experiência na interação com bandeiras, adquirentes, auditorias e órgãos reguladores;Experiência em projetos de implantação ou evolução de motores antifraude, regras de score e processos de contestação;Conhecimento em prevenção e detecção de fraudes financeiras;Conhecimento em processos de contestação e chargeback de cartão de crédito;Conhecimento das regras e operações de bandeiras, como Visa, Mastercard e Elo, e do ecossistema de adquirência;Conhecimento em LGPD, PCI-DSS e regulamentações aplicáveis ao setor financeiro e à prevenção a fraudes;Conhecimento em ferramentas antifraude, motores de score e análise de dados transacionais;Experiência na elaboração e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e normativos relacionados à prevenção a fraudes.Requisitos Desejáveis:Certificação CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) ou equivalente;Certificação em Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro (PLD/AML), como CAMS;Conhecimento em autenticação forte e biometria comportamental;Experiência com iniciativas de automação e aplicação de analytics na prevenção a fraudes;Conhecimento sobre tendências e boas práticas de mercado relacionadas à prevenção a fraudes e segurança no ecossistema de pagamentos.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição flexíveis pelo iFood Benefícios;🛒 Cesta Auxílio;🏥 Plano de Saúde – Unimed;🦷 Plano Odontológico – Qualimais Uniodonto;🏖️ Day Off de aniversário;🎁 Presente de aniversário creditado no cartão iFood Benefícios;🧸 Auxílio-Creche;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub – convênio com academias;🏆 Participação de Lucros e Resultados.Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.
