Foi nesse momento que a assumimos a responsabilidade de garantir a segurança das empresas e entramos em ação.Ao longo desses quase 30 anos, a GIF tem trabalhado incansavelmente na prevenção, detecção e combate às fraudes corporativas. Uma história marcada por confiança, dedicação, colaboração, transparência e respeito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir conformidade regulatória, mantendo registros adequados de novos controles implementados para atendimento de regulações obrigatórios relacionados à prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro na solução.Atuar em busca de padrões suspeitos que possam indicar atividades de lavagem de dinheiro para implementar novos controles na solução.Investigar alertas gerados dos controles existentes e revisar se as comunicações relacionadas às transações suspeitas seguem válidas, fazendo ajustes pontuais quando necessário.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, revisão e implementação de políticas e procedimentos de prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro da solução.Revisar e validar novas versões do produto sob a perspectiva de prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro e financiamento ao terrorismo (PLD/FT).Construir e monitorar indicadores relacionados aos controles de PLD/FT do produto.Propor melhorias e inovações contínuas nas atividades de PLD/FT do produto.Colaborar com as equipes de operações, dados, tecnologia e fraude para garantir a eficácia dos controles de prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro implementados na solução.Participar de treinamentos sobre prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro para colaboradores internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo (preferencialmente em áreas relacionadas).Conhecimento das leis e regulamentações locais e internacionais relacionadas à prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro, com experiência em reporte aos entes reguladores (com foco no setor bancário e CVM).Habilidades analíticas e capacidade de interpretar grandes volumes de dados para identificar padrões e anomalias relevantes.Boa comunicação, habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente.Conhecimento de lógica de programação.Não é obrigatório, mas será um diferencial:Certificações adicionais em prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro (como CAMS - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).Conhecimento ou contato com a área de prevenção a fraudes ou inteligência de ameaças.Codificação em linguagem Python.Conhecimento com a biblioteca Pandas.Realizar consultas em banco de dados SQL e NoSQL.Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
